The heart of the resort is the Place de Caron and this is where pedestrians mix in with the skiers and boarders. Most of the shops and restaurants are located in this area.
The resort is split into two by a little slope. The upper half of the village is located around the Place de Peclet. The road then runs across the hill from here to the chalet stayle Plein Sud area. This is where most of the catered chalets are located. The lower end of the village has some of the finest residences and 5 star hotels. There is of course the usual free bus service that runs through the resort. There is also a bus that links Les Menuires and St Martin.
