Chalet Jakub is a 5 bedroom chalet apartment in Val Thorens located in a residence with only 14 units and is ideal for a group of friends or families alike. The attractive chalet apartment, with direct access to the slopes, boasts modern décor in the communal areas, functional facilities, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a large dining table.
The living area includes a decorative fireplace and has comfortable sofas to unwind on. Additionally, you can enjoy stunning views of the slopes, resort, and mountains from the balcony.
The cosy, clean and minimalist bedrooms are the ideal retreats at the end of memorable skiing days in the Three Valleys. The bathrooms are equipped with excellent showers.
At the end of the ski day, relax your tired muscles in the residence’s sauna. There is a ski room, that leads directly to the piste, with boot warmers, free WiFi is included, and the chalet is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player and can be accessed via a lift.

Chalet catering is based on a hearty set menu which minimises waste and allows us to use locally sourced, high-quality ingredients. Any specific dietary requests must be discussed prior to booking so checks can be made that we can cater for your needs.
Please note this is based on 7-night holidays. Your chalet staff will have 1 day off.
A hearty breakfast
Guests will enjoy a comprehensive continental breakfast for seven mornings with delicious and varied hot options provided by our hosts on five days. On our chalet hosts’ day off, continental breakfast will be laid out.
On your return from the slopes
A freshly baked cake or biscuits with tea and coffee awaits for you on 6 days
In the evening
Enjoy a delicious, freshly cooked 3 course meal with unlimited wine until coffee on 5 nights. On one other night a 2 course Alpine speciality is provided. This gives 6 nights of catering/evening meals.

Chalet Housekeeping
Chalet communal areas will be cleaned and tidied daily, except for staff days off. Bathrooms will be cleaned once mid-week and bins will be emptied.
Tourist Tax - Not Included. A tourist tax (Taxe de Sejour) is levied by local councils in European ski resorts. The amount charged varies according to the standard and type of accommodation. It is also not paid by all skiers as it is age-dependent.

Packed Lunches - Avoid the queues and expensive mountain restaurants with a 'build-your-own' packed lunch. Available for either 3 or 5 days.

Wifi - In many mountain resorts, signal strength is limited throughout the village not just in individual properties and speeds are not as we are used to in most urban environments in the UK. Streaming of music or films is generally not possible. Wi-Fi or internet access often belongs to the property/chalet owner and is therefore completely out of our control.
For any Wi-Fi access, regardless of the supplier, we cannot guarantee that it will be operative during your holiday.
Flights and transfers from various UK airports are available as well as Independent travel and self drive options.
Lift passes can be pre-booked and delivered to your chalet and ski hire organised for you by in-resort teams (extra cost). The chalet is also available on an "all inclusive" basis which includes lift passes and ski/board hire or ski carriage.
