No. 4 Aspen House offers the perfect home for 6-8 guests looking to explore Val d’Isère. The open plan living and dining area, complete with cutting edge dancing fire and squashy sofas provides the perfect space to relax after a day on the mountain. This is the ideal space for families or a group of friends wishing to share a private chalet.
There are three bedrooms, one of which has additional bunk beds (charged at half the adult price). Two bedrooms have a balcony, all are en suite and can be presented as either a twin or a double. Your dedicated chalet host will serve breakfast, afternoon tea, and a 3 course dinner on 6 evenings. Aspen House has a spa on the ground floor with hammam, sauna and a rather grand tiled Jacuzzi, more Turkish bath than hot tub.
Whilst the building is brand new, each of the apartments are sumptuously designed creating a timeless aura with classic furnishings and a rich decor.
Tucked in between the chapel and the church in the historic centre of Val d’Isère, 100m from the Tourist Office and High Street and only 150m from the edge of the piste.

Location
No 4 Aspen House is a first floor luxury apartment within the Aspen House building. Aspen House has an unbeatable central location in the very heart of Val d'Isère, next to the old church and a very short walk to the slopes.
From the chalet, you it's just a 2 minute walk through the old town to the main snow front of Val d'Isère. At snow front you will find the nursery slopes, ski school meeting points, and the Solaise gondola and Olympique cable cars.
Aspen House has a prime location on the main high street, meaning the shops, bars, and restaurants of Val d'Isère right at your doorstep.

What's Included
The Chalet runs Sunday to Sunday
Scheduled coach transfers to and from Geneva airport are included. Private transfers can be arranged for a supplement.
Breakfast: cooked/continental (6 days) and self-serve on the host’s day off.

Start every ski day with a generous cooked and continental breakfast, freshly prepared by your chalet team on six mornings each week. On your chalet team's well-earned day off, you'll find a plentiful self-service continental breakfast waiting for you to enjoy at your own pace.
Afternoon Tea
Freshly baked cakes or biscuits, bread, preserves and hot drinks await your return from the slopes each afternoon. On your chalet team's day off, homemade afternoon tea is still provided, ready for your return after skiing.
Dinner
On six evenings each week, enjoy a relaxed three-course dinner accompanied by carefully selected wines, followed by cheese and coffee.
Your chalet team's day off is the perfect opportunity to discover the local alpine dining scene. Our Concierge team will be delighted to recommend and reserve one of our favourite mountain restaurants, allowing you to experience the flavours of the resort.

Whether you're travelling with young children, celebrating a special occasion or simply have favourite dishes you'd love to enjoy during your holiday, Choose Your Chalet Menu allows your week's dining to better reflect your group. And best of all, it's included at no additional cost.
Before you travel, we'll invite you to browse our expertly selected choice of evening mains and select the six dishes you'd most like to enjoy during your stay. Your chosen main is served to the whole group each evening, so everyone in the chalet should be happy with the selection. Dietary requirements will, of course, continue to be catered for separately where required. Menu choices and changes must be made at least two weeks before you travel, giving our UK Catering team time to plan your menu and ensure the right ingredients are available in resort.
This operator's Switch Menu' gives whole chalet bookings the chance to tailor the menu to their tastes. Whether it’s a hearty Butter Chicken Curry, a bubbling Homemade Lasagne, or a Tartiflette with Charcuterie, they’ll help design a menu that matches your mood. Lighter options like Chicken Caesar Salad or Soy, Ginger & Chilli Seabream are also available for evenings when you’ve overindulged at lunch
