The skies are blue and the sun is shining across the UK today.
Even though we are in the peak of the corona crises and it is frightening times for many, it can be healthy to take a moment to look up to the sky and take a deep breath. This will pass and we will be out in the mountains and in the sea again. For the moment we must stick together and abide by the government guidlines of social distancing and washing hands. Until the brighter times return we can always look up. Look at the sky and take a moment to be still.
