Now that we are getting back to work and back into our normal weeks again after the Christmas and New Year break, you may be thinking of what this year will bring. How about getting fit for a ski holiday in the 3 valleys? There is no better feeling than hitting the slopes knowing you are fit and ready to go!
Our advice is to do plenty of squats, get some aerobic exercise in such as running or biking and remember to stretch. Yoga and pilates are fantastic for stretching out your muscles. Gym classes such as Body Pump are great for building strength. If you do not have a gym membership then just get your trainers on and get running. Swimming is also an all rounder for aerobic strength and building up muscle strength which is so important for skiing.
